Joseph is a Member (Partner) based in Stites & Harbison’s Atlanta office. He is a member of the Business and Finance Service Group. He focuses his practice on transactional tax matters, counseling clients on domestic and international corporate mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures. Joseph also regularly represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state departments of revenue.
