Lewis P. Perling
Lewis Perling is Counsel in the firm's Atlanta office. He has over 20 years of commercial litigation experience including legal and accounting malpractice defense, defense of senior living facilities, consumer finance law, products liability, class actions, and regulatory and compliance matters. Lewis regularly manages highly complex, multi-party litigation and strives to stay well-versed in current and impending changes to consumer and business law legislation including FCRA, FDCPA and TILA. His complex commercial litigation practice includes assisting professionals, including attorneys, accountants, trustees, agents, and others with fiduciary obligations, navigate claims brought against them by former clients and third parties. He guides clients through all stages of litigation as well as pre-suit assessment, cost-effective dispute resolution, and advises on a wide range of risk management matters. Throughout his career, Lewis has handled or supervised litigation in over 4,000 state and federal matters across the United States, including mass tort and class actions suits, and successfully managed defense on behalf of multiple Fortune 500 companies.
