ALEXANDRIA, Va.—The 2022 edition of Virginia Super Lawyers recently honored Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney John Teresinski. He was named to the Rising Stars list.

Teresinski is a Member (Partner) based in the Alexandria, Va., office. He is a patent attorney in the firm’s Intellectual Property & Technology Service Group. He advises clients on intellectual property (IP) issues across a broad range of technologies, including artificial intelligence, computer software and hardware, medical devices, semiconductors, displays, wireless communication and global positioning systems. Teresinski has extensive experience before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has managed patent portfolios for domestic and international matters. He regularly assists clients with developing and managing patent portfolios. He also counsels companies on IP protection and litigation strategies in the context of emerging technologies. Additionally, he assists clients with establishing operations in the U.S. including formation of U.S. subsidiaries and compliance.
