Stites & Harbison Welcomes J. Ross Hutchison to the Nashville office

NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney J. Ross Hutchison to the firm’s Nashville, Tenn., office. He joins the Construction Service Group as a Member (Partner).
Hutchison’s practice focuses on both litigation and transactional matters within the construction industry. His clients primarily consist of residential and commercial owners, developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. He assists clients with matters including contract review and preparation, business formations, bid protests, claims analysis and preparation, claims avoidance, alternative dispute resolution, licensing consultation, and litigation support. Additionally, Hutchison represents various clients in property and land use disputes.
Prior to joining Stites & Harbison, Hutchison was a Partner with a boutique construction firm in Nashville.
Hutchison stays active in a variety of professional and civic organizations. He is a member of the American, Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations, the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel and the Associated General Contractors (AGC). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for AGC’s Construction Leadership Council. Hutchison is also a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Middle Tennessee.
