NASHVILLE, Tenn.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC welcomes attorney T. Dylan Reeves as a Member (Partner) based in the firm’s Nashville, Tenn., office. He joins the Business Litigation and Torts & Insurance Practice Service Groups.

Reeves represents companies in a broad range of business, corporate and commercial litigation, including: consumer financial servicers, products liability, professional liability, shareholder disputes, toxic torts, class actions, title insurance defense, multi-district litigation and structured settlement and annuity transfers. He has a national practice representing mortgage servicers, investors, loan servicers, credit card issuers, automobile lenders and fintech companies in consumer financial services litigation. He is experienced in consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Additionally, his practice also includes defending defamation actions filed by public figures and appellate advocacy.

Outside of the firm, Reeves serves as President of the University of Alabama National Alumni Association’s Nashville Chapter. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas.
