LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC is pleased to announce that it has achieved 2023-24 Mansfield Certification.
Mansfield is a year-long structured certification process designed for law firms to ensure all lawyers have an opportunity to advance into leadership. This science-driven framework was first offered by Diversity Lab in 2017. The goal is simple: make opportunities for advancement transparent and inclusive for everyone.

As part of the process, law firms consider at least 30% diverse candidates for recruitment, leadership, and client pitch opportunities to ensure all lawyers have development opportunities.
