LOUISVILLE, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney David Saffer has been named Office Executive Member for the Louisville, Ky., office effective immediately. He succeeds attorney Marjorie Farris, who recently was elected to the firm’s Management Committee. Farris, a Member (Partner) of the firm, will continue to litigate on behalf of clients and serve as co-chair of the Class Action and Multi-District Litigation Group.

“In addition to being an outstanding lawyer, David has played an integral role in the firm, serving on its six-member Management Committee for the last four years,” said Robert M. Connolly, Chair of Stites & Harbison. “His leadership skills make him the perfect individual to take over from Marjorie, who did an excellent job leading the Louisville office for the last three years.”

As the new Office Executive Member, Saffer will be active in the Louisville, Ky., community on behalf of the firm and assist the Chair in executing firm policy. He will continue to serve real estate and lending law clients and practice as a Member (Partner) of the firm. Saffer has been with Stites & Harbison since 2004.
