ATLANTA—The 2025 edition of Georgia Super Lawyers recently honored Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Dan Douglass on its Super Lawyers list.

Douglass is a Senior Member (Partner) of Stites & Harbison based in the Atlanta office. He practices in the areas of construction law, business litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has been a member of the Georgia Bar for more than 35 years and is admitted to practice in all Georgia courts and numerous federal courts. He is a member of construction and ADR sections of the American, Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations, and a past president of the Atlanta Bar Construction Law Section. He has been an active member of the Commercial Arbitrator Panel and Construction Mediator Panel of the American Arbitration Association for more than 25 years. Douglass has authored numerous articles and spoken at numerous seminars on construction and ADR topics.
