Dan Douglass and Walker Entwistle honored in 2018 Georgia Super Lawyers

ATLANTA—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorneys Dan Douglass and Walker Entwistle of the Atlanta office were recently honored in the 2018 Georgia Super Lawyers magazine. Douglass has been named to the Super Lawyers list eleven times while Entwistle has been named to the Rising Stars list five times.
Douglass is a Member (Partner) of the firm and a member of the Construction Service Group. He has significant experience handling complex construction disputes involving multiple parties and expert consultants. He has represented contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals and sureties on public and private construction projects throughout the United States. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Atlanta, past president of the Initiative for Affordable Housing Inc. board and a member of the Garden Hills Civic Association.
Entwistle is a Member (Partner) of the firm and a member of the Real Estate, Banking & Finance and the Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Service Groups. While a majority of his practice focus is in the representation of institutional lenders, asset-based lenders and investment funds in negotiating, documenting, and closing complex commercial loans of all types, he also has substantial experience representing creditors in complex loan workouts, restructures, and remedy enforcement.
