LEXINGTON, Ky.—Stites & Harbison, PLLC attorney Cassidy Rosenthal has been named Office Executive Member for the Lexington, Ky., office effective immediately. She succeeds attorney Greg Parsons, who has successfully served in this role for five years. Parsons, a Member (Partner) of the firm, will continue to serve clients in his construction and litigation practice, and serve on the firm’s six-member Management Committee.

As the new Office Executive Member, Rosenthal will be active in the Lexington, Ky., community on behalf of the firm and assist the Chair in executing firm policy. She will continue to serve firm clients and practice as a Member (Partner) of the firm. Rosenthal is a member of the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of Kentucky and the Downtown Lexington Corp. She is past president of the Fayette County Bar Association and currently serves on the Fayette County Bar Foundation Board of Directors. She is a graduate of Leadership Lexington and is an active member of the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry. Rosenthal has been with Stites & Harbison since 2002.
