LOUISVILLE, Ky.—The BTI Consulting Group recently released its report, BTI Litigation Outlook 2015, listing Stites & Harbison, PLLC in the top 10% of all law firms for Complex Commercial Litigation and Commercial Litigation.

BTI Litigation Outlook is an in-depth analysis of current and future trends in litigation conducted on an annual basis. The 2015 report represents interviews of 300 General Counsel and in-house litigation counsel at top-spending organizations. One-on-one interviews were conducted by BTI’s highly trained professionals from March to September of 2014. The interview pool included 132 of the Fortune 1000, representing more that 20 industries with an average annual revenue of $17.5 billion.
