This CLE program will cover a Trademark owner’s rights and methods of protection for use of its marks online. This program will look at what on-line uses constitute infringement and what the Mark owner can do to combat such infringement. We will also address on-line uses that do not constitute infringement and what, if anything, Mark owners can do with regard to such uses.
