About Brian Pollock
Brian Pollock is an attorney in the Louisville office where he is a member of the Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Service Group. Before joining Stites, Brian worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas H. Fulton of Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky. Other than four years at the University of Virginia, Brian is a life-long resident of Louisville and graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Brian's practice focuses on lender liability matters, commercial and residential foreclosures, title defense, defense of avoidance and preference actions, representation of creditors in bankruptcy court, and commercial litigation.
