Evan Elam is an attorney in the firm’s Atlanta office whose practice focuses on professional liability defense for attorneys, accountants, and their firms. Evan also has experience defending medical malpractice cases and commercial litigation cases defending small businesses. He has experience working in both state and federal court, as well as helping firms respond to third party subpoenas.
