Tasha K. Inegbenebor focuses her practice on employment law. She advises clients on litigation avoidance, employee discipline, hiring and firing, noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements and trade secrets. She also reviews personnel policies and employee handbooks. She defends discrimination charges before administrative agencies and litigates employment cases in state and federal courts.

• Successfully defended large national manufacturing employer in a wide-range of employment, Title VII, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave Act and retaliation lawsuits in both federal and state courts throughout the Southeast
• Successfully represented multiple employers before the EEOC
• Successfully defended large national employer in Title VII retaliation and negligent retention lawsuit

In the first five years of her career, Ms. Inegbenebor practiced employment law with an Atlanta-based firm which merged with Stites & Harbison in 2004.
